Shipping Information
We ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and select European countries. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.
Delivery Times
- Czech Republic & Slovakia: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your parcel in real time.
Shipping Costs
- Czech Republic & Slovakia: calculated at checkout based on carrier and weight
- Free shipping is available on orders that qualify — check the banner at the top of the store for current thresholds
Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CET) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Customs & Import
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU, local import taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
